About Our Company
Living With Change™ Exists to Replace Overwhelm With Preparedness
We focus on the practical realities of daily life with dementia so individuals, families, and professionals are not left navigating critical decisions without guidance. Our work supports preparing ahead of change so people can remain focused on health, connection, and living.
Dementia brings uncertainty, not only medically, but in the everyday responsibilities that quickly surface after diagnosis. Too often, people are left to figure out complex planning needs in moments of stress, urgency, or crisis. Living With Change™ was created to change that experience.
Our Approach
Our approach centers on preparedness for the practical, non-clinical aspects of life with dementia. We help people understand what matters, anticipate what is often overlooked, and take thoughtful steps before challenges escalate. This preparation restores agency, reduces unnecessary worry, and supports clearer decision-making over time.
Supporting Choice, Dignity, and Participation
Living With Change™ serves people living with dementia, their care partners, and the professionals who support them. Our work is designed for individuals living at home as well as those supported within community, senior living, and healthcare settings. Across all environments, our focus remains the same: early awareness, structured planning, and practical education that supports dignity and participation in daily life.
Our offerings include education and tools that translate preparedness into action, including our educational resources, toolkit, and facilitated workshops and trainings. Each offering is designed to work on its own and together as part of a larger preparedness framework.
Living With Change™ is grounded in a simple belief: dementia does not remove a person’s ability to prepare, choose, and shape their life. With the right guidance, people can move forward with intention rather than uncertainty.
